Abstract

Title: CEPCES Method for the Evaluation of Potential Entrepreneur

The paper present a method to evaluate the entrepreneurial potential of a particular project. It is as a technical tool for decision-making mainly institutions that support entrepreneurship. The method uses as a basis a model of how a system is formed around an enterprise, model that systematically relates Entrepreneur, Customers, Suppliers, Competition and the Sociaty, each of these elements together under rated a sum of 50 variables that describe them. The variables are prioritized using AHP method to get their contexts. With CEPCES can be show also the structure of weighted values and principles of an institution that supports entrepreneurship and can be compare with other institutions of similar characteristics.
