Abstract

Las dinámicas de la industria 4.0 permiten a las organizaciones avanzar en innovación y competitividad, para ello, el conocimiento es un activo fundamental. Este artículo pretende identificar la incidencia del nivel de madurez de la gestión del conocimiento en la innovación de las Pymes en Colombia, desde las dimensiones: personas/organización, procesos y tecnología. Se aplicaron 256 encuestas a directivos y se analizó la información con el método de ecuaciones estructurales (SEM). Se obtuvo que: (a) las dimensiones personas/organización y procesos, tienen una mayor influencia que la tecnología en la madurez de la gestión del conocimiento; y (b) que el nivel de madurez de la gestión del conocimiento incide positivamente en la generación de innovación en las Pymes.

Full professor assigned to the Department of Administration and Organizations, of the Faculty of Administration Sciences, in the area of ​​Academic Development Administration and Organizations. Member of the Humanism and Management research group; categorized as Associate Researcher in the 2018 Minciencias Call. She guides the courses on Fundamentals of Administration and Organizations, Organization Theories and Administrative Process. He has developed projects and published articles and books related to the topics of Strategic Management, Knowledge Management, Human Talent Management, SMEs and ICT. He currently coordinates the Academic Development Area, Administration and Organizations; leads the research line in Management and Organizations of the Humanism and Management research group; and is the Director of the Technology Programs of the Faculty of Administration Sciences.
